Carolina Rise will gladly issue a refund on all purchased memberships and merchandise within seven days or purchase. If you are a member through PayPal, you can cancel your recurring membership fees at any time through the app. If you are a member through our members portal (not paying through PayPal), we will gladly issue a requested refund within seven days of your recurring payment.
